    Alright, if you haven't seen Harro's version, you kind of have to (I'll go over it again here, but just for safety's sake, that thread is here: Stealing from Google or Alternative )

    The basic idea (and I'm sure most of you have seen this before) is that you take your adsense code and then you layer an image over the top of it. Lets say I had this image:

    [IMG]

    I would then put my adsense code "behind" that image so when you went to click the "play" button, you'd actually be clicking on my adsense ads. From what I understand, there are still some people getting away with this by simply keeping their clickthrough rate at an acceptably (low) level. The problem is, upon manual inspection of your site, it is immediately visible what is happening and you can kiss your adsense account goodbye!

    Well, here is MY twist on it that makes it so that the method is virtually undetectable!

    First, visit this page:

    Code:
    edited out because somebody (or some people) were just sitting on the page repeatedly clicking my ad
    You'll see everything looks all fine and dandy...like a typical "made for adsense" page. Alright, well it isn't typical. It is far too crappy to say typical. But I did just throw it together for examples sake.

    Go ahead and view the source code and you'll see everything is on the level. Go ahead and close that page out.

    Now, visit this page and when it finishes loading click the link on that page (it takes you back to the EXACT same URL you were just at a second ago...but it will look different this time):

    Code:
    edited out because somebody (or some people) were just sitting on the page repeatedly clicking my ad
    See the difference? (if you don't, then hit the back button and click the link instead of waiting to be redirected). You'll see that there is a layered image over the top of my adsense ads. You'll also notice that you are at the EXACT same URL you were at a second ago.

    That means you can go ahead and click that little picture to get the "video to play" and you're actually clicking my adsense ad. More importantly, it also means when google comes to check everything out manually to see if everything is on the "up and up" they are going to see what you saw the first time you visited that URL. Everything as perfectly normal as it should be, source code and all.

    Now this example was set up to use the second URL as the referrer to show the "special content" to. You can set this to whatever you want. Have an article on an article site that is bringing you a lot of traffic? Set that as the "special referrer", and anybody coming from that article site gets the special content and everybody else gets just the regular content.

    So, how is this done? I'll give it to you in bits and pieces here. First, you need the code to hide your adsense behind an image.

    You can get that (Courtesy of Harro!) at the following page and viewing the source code and editing it to suit your needs:

    http://eaea.sirdarckcat.net/asdfg.html

    Next, you need to know how to make it so that when the URL is visited directly everything looks fine and then when it is visited from another URL (therefore adding the appropriate referrer) you get see see the "black magic" happen.

    Here is the code to make that happen:

    Code:
    <?php
    if ( eregi ( "THE PAGE THAT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFRESHING GOES HERE", $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] ) ) {
        echo '<html>';
        echo '<head>';
        echo '<title>THE TITLE OF THE HIDDEN PAGE GOES HERE</title>';
        echo '<meta name="keywords" content="YOUR HIDDEN KEYWORDS GO HERE">
              <meta name="description" content="HIDDEN PAGE DESCRIPTION GOES HERE">';
           echo 'FIRST PART OF HARROS SCRIPT GOES HERE';
        echo '</head>';
        echo '<body>';
        echo 'SECOND PART OF HARROS SCRIPT GOES HERE</div>';
        echo '</body>';
        echo '</html>';

    }else{
    echo '<html>';
        echo '<head>';
        echo '   <title>VISIBLE TO EVERYBODY PAGE TITLE GOES HERE</title>';
        echo '<meta name="keywords" content="VISIBLE TO EVERYBODY KEYWORDS GO HERE">
    <meta name="description" content="VISIBLE TO EVERYBODY SITE DESCRIPTION GOES HERE">';
        echo '</head>';
        echo '<body>';
        echo 'VISIBLE TO EVERYBODY PAGE CONTENT GOES HERE';
        echo '</body>';
        echo '</html>';

    }
    ?>
    Lastly, you need the code to make the page that is going to "refresh", well, refresh. I'm using a javascript redirect here as it "holds" the referrer better than a Meta-Refresh. Here is that code:

    Code:
    <html>
    <head>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    <!--
    function delayer(){
        window.location = "PAGE THAT SHOWS TWO DIFFERENT WAYS GOES HERE"
    }
    //-->
    </script>
    </head>
    <body onLoad="setTimeout('delayer()', 5000)">
    WHATEVER YOU WANT THE PAGE TO SAY GOES HERE (IF YOU DON'T WANT IT TO SAY ANYTHING AND YOU WANT AN IMMEDIATE REDIRECT CHANGE THE 5000 ABOVE TO 0</body>
    </html>
    So, to tie everything together, you should end up with two different pages (one of which can appear in two different ways).

    Page 1: This page can appear either as the adsense behind an image page OR a regular page with totally legitimate content.
    Page 2: That page redirects to page 1 (we'll call this the "magic page")

    Anybody that is sent to the magic page is going to see the adsense behind an image content at page 1. Anybody who navigates directly to page 1 is going to see the regular content.

    I think your code is too complex. After reading entire thread, my understanding is that if a vistor comes from nowhere i.e. blank referrer, then show normal page otherwise show adsense code behind image.

    So here is my code:
    if($_SERVER['http_referrer'] == ''){
    echo "show normal page";
    }
    else echo 'show_adsense_code_behind_image';

    besides, I have one quick question: are you really sure google stuff will check your page by copying your url and paste it into your browser, or simply use service like hiderefer.org?

    If I made a mistake, please do correct me!

    The only way the adsense behind image shows is if the referrer is one specific page.

    If the traffic comes from anywhere else at all, the regular page shows.

    EDIT: My code may very well be too complex, I just know it works. I'm not very "code savvy" in terms of coming up with the most efficient ways to do things...only the way that works is all. So any "streamlining" you can do to the code is appreciated. By all means, go ahead :)

    Great! Looks pretty clean and decent. But since no one can actually predict the Big G, I will love to try this on a spare account.
    Or is anyone already doing this without any penalty?

    I don't support the stealing from adsense (especially since it's so easy to earn from it legitimately) but I'm sure theres going to be a million people who think this is a wonderful idea and let me explain to you why not only is it not a wonderful idea, but it's ridiculously easy to detect...

    Google adsense uses JS on your page. You are absolutely kidding yourself if you think they don't track stats on your page (including referrers). Now, if I'm google and I have this referrer information and I'm looking at your adsense account for a manual inspection. I'm going to see that 90% of your clicks (or whatever) came from when X site referred the visitor. And when X site referred the visitor, your CTR is something insanely high. How hard will they have to try to figure out and recreate what you're doing when they have this information?

    It's a cool idea, but for the love of god remember you're not stealing from google. Your stealing from the poor schmuck advertiser who might be just like you and starting out trying to make a buck or two online. This isn't even a grey area, it's just plain stealing. Do what you want to, but I personally don't want to steal to make it.

    they can catch your "hidden ref. link" , so basicly if they check and see BIG CTR from surfers coming true that ref. link your hat will go off

    Keep in mind everybody that this doesn't have to be used for google. There are many other uses for it. You can even leave the first part out entirely.

    The biggest and most useful part of this thread (in my opinion) is the fact that you can show two entirely different sets of content on the same page based on who the referrer is and have it be completely undetectable.

    You don't have to have a "magic page" to refer people to. If you're getting a lot of traffic from one source (lets say an article on ezine articles) you can set the referrer to ezinearticles. Then, anybody coming from ezine is going to see the "special" content and everybody else gets regular content.

    I use another similar script to show different pages relative to the referrer IP,
    I have some local product sites in English for my city gathered mainly to the USA market.

    What I do is I show to visitor coming from USA, the normal page with no ads at all, to people coming from Europe the same page but with adsense ads, to people from very low income country I show a page in costruction with shopzilla ads, they will never buy the product anyway, if they click adsense the click will be very low value, shopzilla give me an ok click value, of course the income is little but I get money that I would not get. I almost forget, on my country too I dont show any ads, so the owner of the product that I am advertising for, have no problems at all.

    Thanks a lot. However, this seems like a huge mess, honestly.. But I'm sure you'd be able to profit nicely from this if spread over several accounts. Is it illegal, though, or only not allowed by the TOS? Can we be taken to court or only be banned? :)

    -got traffic and bill for about (more or less) 300$ from Google-never payed them!(i live outside US:D)

    Talking about fucking Google......

    Scamming,spamming,stealing traffic- but never directly steal from "fellow" marketer.....

    My personal opinion if you have one adsense account and you are legit with it...then keep it that way and learn how to monetize legitimately - enough material around to earn a nice income on adsense alone for a few weeks work.

    Then again there are ways to get more than one adsense account i believe if you wanna go through all that hassle.

    wtf?! This doesn't sound right! Btw, Google's the one "making" more money and a fellow IM [who might be struggling to make a headway] will be the one taking home the bills!:(

    We had better stop shooting ourselves on the leg!

    Well if this is the case...which it probably is, then just use a 3rd redirect.

    So

    Page 1 -> Page 2 -> Magic Page

    Page 2 needs the referrer of page 1 to allow to redirect to the magic page. So even if google can see Magic Page's referrers and goes to Page 2 it wont work and because you don't have the code on page 2 they will never know about page 1.

    But I agree that having an adsense account is too valuable to mess with. But at the end of the day your just ruining other peoples efforts to make money so I guess its down to a moral thing. Would you want this to happen to your ads and lose money?

    Hello Crazyflx,

    I am poor in coding so could you give the explain more clear than this! how many file and page do I need to create? And where can I put those page and file? could you make a video? I am waiting to hear from you here.

    Thanks in advanced!
