You will go to hell for this, and might get sued, and I doubt your backlinks will last long but...
I was installing wordpress on one of my domains just now and it had finished uploading and in those few seconds between then and completing the install I thought of an idea, an evil idea
Google "Welcome to WordPress. Before getting started, we need some information on the database. You will need to know the following items before proceeding." or any other piece of text from the wordpress install screen and see if you get any results.
This would mean:
You can now go buck wild on their domain, backlinks whatever.
Evil.

This would mean:
- Someone has uploaded wordpress to a domain but never completed the instalation.
- It has been online for a while (that's why it's indexed)
- You can now install wordpress on their domain
You can now go buck wild on their domain, backlinks whatever.
Evil.
