get some evil backlinks

You will go to hell for this, and might get sued, and I doubt your backlinks will last long but...

I was installing wordpress on one of my domains just now and it had finished uploading and in those few seconds between then and completing the install I thought of an idea, an evil idea

Google "Welcome to WordPress. Before getting started, we need some information on the database. You will need to know the following items before proceeding." or any other piece of text from the wordpress install screen and see if you get any results.

This would mean:

1. Someone has uploaded wordpress to a domain but never completed the instalation.
2. It has been online for a while (that's why it's indexed)
3. You can now install wordpress on their domain

You can now go buck wild on their domain, backlinks whatever.
Evil.

Well I guess this might work until they contact their host when they can't get access to their site.

And how do you know their MySQL details ?? Unless you use your own database on a remote host and connect there. But then your database host will receive tremendous ammount of complains and you most likely will be sued.

i dindt say it was a good method, in fact i suggested it is dumb. but its still a method

Lots of people hacking sites in bulk these days for backlinks. I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole!
