www.searchmetrics.com have published a report of a comprehensive SEO case study they conducted a few months back:
"This white paper deals with the definition and evaluation of factors that have
high rank correlation coefficients with top organic search results and aims to

I took some quick notes whilst reading and here are the main factors you should be concerned with if you are too lazy to read, but this is a interesting report for anyone involved with SEO. Numbers next to the ranking factors are on a scale of 1-0, with 1 meaning important with 0 being less important.
