Downside to this though is the possibility of getting sued, much more serious than just getting a CPA account banned. If you try to do this with a successful and well known ebook, they may have enough money to take you to court for the money you make off it.

Serious????:yield: Do you believe that an ebook autor will invest that money lsued a person that lives in the other side of the world??? These days you can make everything offshore (anonymous bank accounts, anonymous debit cards, VPS's servers, etc)... It will be very difficult to catch, trust me...

Lets see... you need to hire the person to re write the eBook, simple enough. Then you need to own Xrumer and Senuke to promote it, as well as have means of sending out tons of emails... a little complicated and with those tools I think you could do more.
