This doesn't work in Australia sadly as no businesses are on the citygrid network. If anybody knows of an alternative that works in Australia, that'd be awesome.

I'm possibly being a dullard here, but wouldn't this require either putting the plugin on the clients' site or creating a new site for them?

I think that there's multiple uses for this plugin. I was just going to use it for its reporting features, but it doesn't work in Australia

So this is mostly just about enabling star rating in the search result? If the client site already using wordpress, there's much easier ways to do this. Most wordpress rating systems already have this for free.

Tried like mad in various ways but it won't let me post links, so you'll have to just Google these:

Wordpress plugin rating wid
Wordpress plugin multi rating
Wordpress plugin yet another stars rating
Wordpress plugin KK Star Ratings

Just to name a couple of them, there's loads more. All of these support rich snipplets google indexing.

Can someone confirm that this plugin still works properly?
