You can't forget Name Cheap because they have $0.98 domain names, but since its limited to 1 per account, you probably want another cheap domain right? Well, register.com has got you covered:

When I signed up for their 99 cent domain special, they gave me THREE domains for 99 cents each, so $3 for THREE domains, it was amazing. I don't know if its the same with the $0.75 offer but its worth giving it a shot. I just bought 2 domains (1 from name cheap and 1 from register.com) and got a new VPS plan for 80% off with this deal:

You can transfer them after 60 days to a cheaper registrar. Also when you try to transfer they usually give you a coupon which renews it at $10

It's hard to transfer from there
1:transfer fees is also huge
2 they do transfers by phone
