It can work, but not quite as easy as you make it sound. Finding a good video and a person who will accept the offer is easier said than done. Some might find success with it, though!

Try to offer some % based promotion, where you pay her like 15-20%

Or ask for 1 week trial , if it works good, then pay her :)
