thanks, this is what I do for tier 2 backlinks (links to web2.0 etc).
example this page has 39/34 TR/CF which is really good. (I didn't check if it's actually 'commentable'/do follow but general speaking)

If I were you, I'd keep links as good as these to yourself - sharing them on here will only get these sites spammed and then devaluing whatever power they can pass on to your links.
