I've just written a guide on how to get http://gamblingseoconsultant.com/21092011/linkbuilding-how-to-get-do-follow-casino-links-for-free-on-pagerank-9-authority-site-wordpress-org/.. I've had good success doing this in a clean way (option B which I mentioned in the blogpost)
