Hi BHW Members, I wrote a better post before but when I was about to post it I lost my internet connection(screw my ISP) therefore this will be a quick and dirty explanation of the script. hope you understand. The concept of the script is for the users to pin the page before the download link appears. The first part is to ensure all outgoing links will open in a new tab since we want users to stay on our website as long as possible. The second part of the script opens a pinterest bookmarklet pop up which all the fields are already filled up. (no need to choose which image to pin and its description). As you can see in the script I use meta tags to define which image to pin and the title of the page for the description. start counting from the top until you arrive to the meta tag which contains the link for the image. Consistency is key in making this script successful. Once they have pinned the page successfully the pop up will close(pinterest is doing this) then a modal will open containing the download link.
Don't know why but BHW is not permitting me to post the whole code here. So I just use 4shared.com.

Note: This does not check if they have really pinned your page. if they close the pop up before pinning it the same thing will happen. The modal will still open.
