sorry guys i just got a new computer last week. i have been to the site but had to use cell phone our my PlayStation which i think sucks for typing so i just browsed but did not type anything but user name and password.

Actually I have an activated Payoneer Debit Card but no funds yet that is why I still cannot use it to activate paypal.
Since transferring funds from paypal to payoneer is not possible and i dont have a Ccard, I really need some alternatives to make my paypal verified so that i can transfer funds to my local account already.
