some people pm saying its not free paypal takes a dollar of your debit card no the do not. You don't even need to use the card. I have not even received yet.

just pm me if your having problems and I will help you out.
 
make sure you chose the option when you frist sign in to to let employer add money to your account. are it might not work.

I don't know if its something related to that payoneer debit card or something like that???

According to me what you can do is you can apply for free Mastercard debit card form scriptlance.It takes around 20-25 days to reach home.Then just activate your paypal or anything form it.

I haven't tried yet becoz my paypal is already activated and verified.

can't work for indians :) it's working for us peoples just because they need a bank account to be confirmed ( * and here's a trick to get some fake bank accounts ready for pp just for free lol ) ...
