Get on page 1 whil getting stuck on page 2

Hey Folks, i have been around bhw for a while now.

I have large website with more than 50k pages.

We used to be highly ranked. But then came punguin & panda and we were hit.

Since we try to get our ranking back, mostly by filling page with real content written by real people.

But nothing happen. We are always stuck on page 2, and our ranking are moving a lot. 15 pos to 80 within a day etc...

Can someone highlight me ?

It could just be because of Google dance. Many other people doing the same are experience this, as well.
 
Probably you will rank better in upcoming days as Google will crawl the fresh content. Make sure you interlink the new content with the old one.
 
You will do well with time, have you checked all your pages for duplicate content issues?
 
Once a site hits by google update. It becomes necessary to remove all the reasons due to which site got penalty. There might be some bad neighbour backlinks or you may still have pages with low quality content on your site. Try to focus on pages and search terms from where you was geting most of the traffic before hit. GIve those pages some great and relevant links and replace the cotent if it was low quality . Hope it will work
 
Do check whether your site is still hit by the penalty or not. If it is still penalized, then you should try removing those links that were causing the issue.
Since google is so fussy now, you ought to check your page's optimization and also structured data and see if there are any problems with the page.
Also, over optimizing the keywords on your site, or over spamming keywords will also contribute to this as well.
But one thing for sure, hq links can definitely improve your site's authority, which can override problems such as these - provided that your authority is strong enough for that. Make sure that you only create extremely hq links to your site, and that could guide your site up higher the SERP.
 
Interlinking among pages + Naked URL Backlinks.

Not very familiar with bad neighbour backlinks, i try to focus on keyword we lost trafic from but what ever i do, it does'nt work :(

Can't see any penalty on webmaster tools,

I try to lower the % of keywords in pages too.
 
No one can say anything exactly without doing analysis of site

Best reply in this thread so far.

OP I was in a similar position, have a site that used to rank top three, then hit by Penguin. But I got it back to top three again so it is possible to do. But make sure everything is spot on, technically. Remove even the tiniest errors you find in WMT as far as possible. And get strong links, some of the old ones that put you on page 1 before may have lost their power.
 
Only two things you can do
1. Write content unique and informative blogs, articles, web 2.0
2. Forum link building

Consider the relevancy at top criteria
