I am looking or someone who can rank me on 1page with 2-3 kws. once the kw are at top 3 rank willing to pay xxx. Kw are not very difficult niche i will pay as long as my kw are at the top. Please reply with your contacts.

When you go to mcdonalds,do you eat then you pay or pay first then eat?? You need to understand in any REAL SEO company or SEO freelancer or Anyone who does SEO,needs to be paid first then do the work,so be careful to whoever is willing to accept your offer,i doubt anyone can accept that kind of agreement you want. All the best though :)
