Get my disabled Instagram account back

I was disabled 14 days ago and they gave me my account back yesterday saying they didn’t know why it was disabled in the first place. Then 6 hours later it was disabled again! So there is no copyright issues with everyone says means your account is gone for good I have no idea why it got disabled it was a personal page with 330k followers. Very active. Looking to pay someone who can get it back.
