Do not set target like before the month ends as even when it goes in review, it can take more than a month.

okay, thanks for the response. Im in the tiktok making vidoes niche. and i was hoping to get monitized soon.
Make sure the videos you want to enter the YPP review are 100% original, because if you simply do tiktok compilations or reuse others' videos you won't be accepted.
If the channel and content is legit, I've heard that the review process now only takes a few days (usually a week or even less).

im not reposting, i just grap funny videos from tiktok then im going to build a render script that auto makes videos from a folder if all videos make a video longer than 10minutes and shorter then 12minutes. then i get semi auto content. i have a little engagement on my channel tho

99% this content won't be monetized, original means not taken (stolen) from others. The review process is manual, so they will know.
Btw you're not getting engagement or many views because this niche is saturated af, I suggest you to move on and change your channel completely
