Get Money Back Paypal How?

Hi, I've just paid a service via paypal (sent payment as friends and family) but I really don't like the service and I don't know how get the money back and the seller doesn't reply.

How can I solve this? I need to contact paypal and what I should tell them in order to get my refund? thank you

I'm afraid you can't since you sent using FnF option..
 
That's why it's worth paying extra for the non FnF option if you're not sure you're getting what you pay for
 
contact paypal tell them you was told to use the friends and family button and know relies why it was a scam..
 
send them a mail..they will be contacting you..you can say the query there....they will help you out.

Yes it was kind of a scam. I got a pirated version of a digital item lol and the seller told me to send money only as friend and family..

So I'll contact paypal and how can I win the dispute? Say that the seller scammed me ? or that I got a pirated prodcut?
 
The only thing you can do is call/contact paypal and talk to them, cause money via f&f is not refundable.
