When I choose task - unfollow non-followers, it just freezes and in status - Get Non-Followe list

Ok, after like 10 mins "Done blabla" pops out, but in status it shows - 0 unfollowed

email : password does not work, or it's just saying it cannot login to any of my accounts
 
i added my accounts list and selected task as follow users from a txt file.
but it stops at the first account.In that spread sheet task and status appears only in the first line.
How to follow a account with all my accounts???...
