AFAIK, if a website is deindexed, it will not appear on any google cache anymore. Just to make sure that what you get is unique, just try the method of checking I post above.

What Four Seasons said. If a site is de-indexed stay far away from it. I have one that was purchased after being de-indexed. Has nothing to do with the last owner or their content and Google still refuses to reconsider it.

I actually thought about taking Google to Federal court just to prove a point.

Just make sure you know what your doing when you register these names. Especially if your on a budget.

i used it a long time ago, most of articles are used by other werbsites , so no use to me :)

that is why you check to see if the article comes up in google by taking a part of the article and searching for it. If nothing comes up that means no one is using that article or at least it means it isnt indexed.
 
I agree with Danny1 above... just because content was deindexed does not mean you can use it. The original author retains copyright. Instead of going to all this trouble to steal someone else's content, just rewrite it into your own.
 
Rewriting the content is always the best option as far as content scraping is concerned.

Just always remembers that this method can be twisted based on your needs.
 
I will never use such a method. I will prefer rewriting the content and putting in some efforts. Why take risk, when you rewrite the content and make it unique by putting in few more minutes of hard work.

I agree just rewrite and pass it through copyscape and you are on the go with unique content and no fear of duplicacy whatsoever.

Yes, or you can find expired french websites. You can also choose to rewrite it as what the members above are saying.

Yes, I still suggest rewriting the article. However even without rewriting you can get unique articles using the method alone.
 
Almost all inner pages of the domains are not cached by waybackmachine so there's a little chance to get a content from a deindexed site from expired domains.
 
I think the method has some merit

Not perfect, but better than re-hashing articles from article directories

I'm going to bring this to the attention of someone who could write a scraper program to automate it
