To get $75 code for adwords simply go to

After you open the link you need to enter email (it can be fake, cos email verification is not required ), and you will get code.
You can get the $75 once you spend $25. You can get unlimited codes from same IP, just use different email.

Have tried changing the domain by country, and have found that this offer works for many countries.

Just go to wikipedia: List of Google domains.
Add /adwords/coupons/ in the end of the domain.
I guess it will work for all of them.
