Excellent work there mate,
It's sometimes hard to conceptualise a link wheel..
I would add a few things to it, or maybe even a spread sheet template... I might make that and post it for the peeps if they are interested?
I actually use a spreadsheet myself to record my SEO efforts for all my websites at once. It provides me with "the big picture", and if I want more details I can refer to a site's linkwheel sheet.
this is ingenious.. very useful.
Thank you
how many links do you create pointing to the main site during the SB blast, AMR, BMD and Xrumer?
Do you target many keywords at a time or only one?
All the numbers are in my original post (did you even bother to read?).
I only target 1 keyword per site (or per page, depending on the type of site). But I use around 5-10 different anchor text for the links.
VERY impressive setup you got there.
I am curious though, out of all the forum POSTS that you do with xrumor, how many actually stick? I would think most would get deleted.
But what worries me even more about using xrumor to create actual POSTS, is that you must GREATLY increase the odds of getting a lot of spam reports submitted to google, about your (money site) domain.
This can eventually trigger a manual review, in which case you will be de-indexed (this has happened to me quite a few times).
Or do you only make the forum posts go to your linkwheel, rather than your rmoney site? Or am I missing something? Are these sites only meant to live for a couple months or so?![]()
I don't actually check if the Xrumer posts stuck after a month or more, but when I check where my traffic comes from, sometimes I see traffic coming from VERY OLD forum posts. So I guess AT LEAST a few of them stick.
I don't believe in manual review. Especially not for small sites. I have NEVER had a site de-indexed (I have more than 100 sites). The worst I ever got was a penalty. And as I said 99% of the time, the penalty is temporary.
are they Exact Match Domains?
Some are EMD's, but most are not. I find EMD's get good rankings faster, but it is not a requisite for 1st page, or #1, ranking with my linkwheel.
And that leads to another question: how many pages of content did you have on these sites? Micro sites (1-10 pages) or larger ones?
Thanks for sharing your firsthand post-Panda experience, it's worth in gold these days!![]()
Most of my sites are doorways with exactly 3 pages: the actual doorway, a contact us page, and a privacy policy.
The largest site I have is a review site with around 25 pages.
never use SB directly on your moneysite lol
lol @ you
Because your website will become too powerful and outrank
everybody. Who wants more competitors?
exactly, thank you
