Well, there is no rocket science in this, and am keeping this very simple. And this works for wordpress only, or you would need some hard integrations to make it work.
Get a few fake/original accounts with targeted people, or the easiest is to add few of them. May be 10.
And the method is simple as this :
1. Make a website,ofcourse wordpress. If you already have one, its great.
2. Install Facebook Comments for WordPress.
3. Configure the plugin. Guide : http://we8u.com/facebook-comments/#install
4. Now when you comment in your site, there comes a facebook update in your wall like this :

Followed by a link to your site. You know FB auto fetches the title, a thumbnail and the starting few words of your article.

5. Tag those facebook profiles from the website. Yes, you will be able to do that.
So, Once you comment, you get your site to all your friends. When the people are tagged, you get them to your friends as well. When they comment, it goes to their friends, and that goes on.
And different from a wall post, it all the comments in the facebook posts come to your site too, and what matters is, the posts shouts Extremephp commented on abcd.com which makes people thing that is something to check out.And that does make people to comment on it, than skipping it. Yeah, more social activity.
Come on, if you simply share a link, people are wise enough to trash it and pin you as a spammer.
