Get listed in google with all major sections

How do i get listed in google with all major sections. What i want here is to display all sections of my website if i got first position in for any keywords. Like google does for top search records comes up with two columns please check the image. And Help me out

Little info from Google:

Sitelinks are additional links Google sometimes generates from site contents in order to help users navigate your site. Google generates these sitelinks periodically from your site's contents.
Sitelinks are completely automated, and we show them only if we think they'll be useful to the user. If your site's structure doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks are relevant to the user's query, we won't show them. However, we are always working to improve how we find and display sitelinks.

You can`t generate Sitelinks for Google, Google must generate Sitelinks for you.

If the question is about Google and you do not know the answer, the answer is... backlinks

Anyway here are some tips:
You need to have nicely coded navigation bar(not flash etc.), so Google can now these are navigation links. Then, you need deep backlinks(to the navigation pages).
