Yes you need to provide articles and minimum word limit is 400 words..
 
My Minimum Domain Authority is 20 and Maximum is around 40 and Minimum page rank is 1 and maximum is 4... Your Content Quality will play a Big role in getting u on higher DA/PA/PR sites.
