is there any script to get fake likes on contests held by pages where a person is required to enter an app and post a comment regarding why he should win it?

no script, but can be done manually if you have enough accounts, if you don't you can allways buy some app votes

I dont think there is any script like that

You will need to have multiple accounts as well as proxies to do that yourself.

otherwise, you can buy them
