get instagram Followers handles

Hi guys,
Does anyone know or if if anyone has explored if we can get followers' handles of an Instagram account through an API call? For example if i give a instagram influencer handle and we can get all of their followers usernames/handles ?

Instagram's API doesn't allow fetching all followers' handles due to privacy rules. Any tool claiming to do so may violate Instagram's policies and risk account suspension. Not advisable.

You could try a web scraper though.
