Can anyone tell me, is the sites on the list are working still, can anyone who use the list share their experience

Does "site:" still work? I tried and it only shows other footprints
 
sad thing is all site and url operators are for google only? And google is strict with operator searches. I get captchas sometimes when trying to search with operators manually.
 
Does somebody know where i can find these footprints for german sites? And in which tools are you using them?
