[GET] High PR Blog List (AA & Do-Follow)

A fast question, should I still try to comment even if the topic is unrelated to my site? thanks in advance.
 
I am receiving high PR (PR5~PR7) sites for commenting as a monthly subscription, unfortunately most of the sites are are highly technical for me post comments are this sites the same this. Also i don't see any benefits on my site's ranking can anybody give hints how to do this properly.
