I am new in CPA with OGAds, I have 1 pdf file that the user wants to download, I have installed the locker with Maximum Offers of 3.
I have a few questions:
- The offers will be randomly selected by ogads, right?
- Each offer will have requirements such as staying on the app for 30 seconds, or completing a number of steps. So how to guide customers to complete the offer when the offer is random?
I tried operating on the landing page on my phone, after downloading an application, waiting 30 seconds or any operation but the locker still did not redirect to the landing page.
