Not much more you need than that, and they do not change so do not need to be uptodate.

I don't remember the version I read years ago covering JSON, but I dear say the latter versions do.

I mean pretty much everything, the way the data is parsed. The way requests are made, it just doesn't look right to me. And maybe its just me, I got to used to higher level languages.
