I couldn't find this posted already via search so I thought I'd share it, sorry if this is old news or it's already out there somewhere.

It's an internal 125-page guide Google prepared for it's employees to use when they manually review your site. Haven't personally read through it all, but you are free to.

does anyone have the screenshots that go along with this manual because when you click on the links in the guide it disallows you from seeing the screenshot.
