get google to re crawl my page

how can i get google to crawl and re index pages that are already in google search but i want the new version of my pages after a change is made

There are many ways to do it. The easiest way: Google Spider will crawl your page every couple of days (if not sooner) so all you really have to do is wait a little while and it will update automatically.

You can also ping your site. Type in "ping my blog" to google and go to pingler or a similar site.

Verify your site with Google Webmaster Tools .. once you do this you can use the "Fetch & Submit" tool to fetch the new version of your page and submit it & pages it links to into the index. You can also use this interface to manually upload Sitemap's which massively help Google at finding content on your site. This generally updates in search results within hours, not days.

The quickest way to get a site indexed/re-indexed is by using a ping service. There are hundreds of free ones on Google, they will also likely crawl your new pages within the next couple of days even if already indexed. This is how Google checks for new content etc.
