I have been asking this since yesterday

1) I have two wordpress blog
domain name for both start with gadgets
one is auto blog
and one is quality blog with manual unique articles


I am targeting these keywords and similar

Build links, although I'm sure thats an obvious answer.

Really though, you'll need to build links to your site. I'd suggest identifying less competitive keywords as well to start. Going for the gold right out of the gate is tough, especially when you are targeting keywords like those. Build some links to supporting internal pages, with keywords that you have a chance to rank for.

As you build traffic, you'll increase revenue and thus be able to through money at the tougher keywords that you just mentioned. I'd recommend no more than two of the very competitive keywords that you mentioned on your homepage, and then begin to build out internal pages for the other keywords.

Diversify backlinks as well, you'll need some true high PR links in order to rank for those keywords. Linkwheels, linkpyramids, etc. are also good for acting link a buffer to your money site as well which than you can hit hard with Scrapebox or Xrumer.

Read on this forum. Don't expect to be spoonfed..

If those are your only keyword, you won't succeed. They are extremely competitive (EXTREMELY) and a lot of them are copyrighted..

Too many keywords targeted at once. Focus on one at a time.

well to add all this
I have targeted long tail keywords
done lot of work

web 2 properties ( 2 tier )
got forum profile links, blog comments for web2 properties
youtube channels with good views and subscribers
i have done different kind of link building but still
not even one link is indexed.. in few months

my autoblog is i think 6 backlinks
and manual blog has 10

also done ezine, UAW, high pr bookmarking sites bookmarks ( not many)

these have given me ranking in the past for less competitive keywords

but in these sites I am not getting ranking at all.
I dont think I am penalized google is crawling my blogs regularly...
some keywords I am on page 1. but those keywords do not have any traffic..

with similar work i am on the first page for other sites for keywords which have 3,00,000 plus search results

You wont rank for any of those keywords.

Go after keywords that have at least 2-3 words.

So instead of "iphone" "buy used iphone" or "should I buy a iphone".....

That said, its not just about picking some random 3 word keywords... you need to do your research and find out what keywords people use in the search engines.
