Ok Guys, I found a nice free software that compliments this awesome software. It's called HTML as Text. It will batch convert your html file to text and keep the formatting. It includes the title in the text file too.

This does not have a virus, see all virus totals for the uploads. And last use a decent antivirus software
 
I was just wondering about the compatability with windows 7 as i tried to start the app and recieved the promt "Get Article Has Stopped Working" I'm also going out through a proxy server. Anyone have any ideas as to why it may not work?

What do you mean ? It can fetch articles like

I want to be able to get an Excel or .cvs file where title is separate from the content - 2 different columns. And tags, if it can do it.

OP there is just 1 more feature that is needed desperately. Thats the formatting of articles. Scraped articles don't have any formatting at all.

Guys, where is the list of available proxies. Is it in the file useragents.txt? Or we just have to load our own proxies there?
 
Btw,
How much CPU does the script uses up?
I am running Scrapebox and directory submitter. As I start this script, it freezes.

Both SB and this use the cpu alot, you'll be better running only one at a time
