Go through "Read Me" txt file in the Upload folder of the zip file. Hope it helps.

In your index.php find this line
<?php get_footer(); ?>

then replace it with this
<!-- Footer Starts here blah blah blah-->
<?php get_footer(); ?>
<!-- Footer Ends here blah blah blah-->

now go to your blog and view source, get the HTML from between the two <!-- blah blah --> comment tags. Make a new footer.php with that HTML code between the comments.
