Boon. an app that gives you MasterCard For free. You need the EU phone number which you can buy from smspva.com

Use Whatsapp or Other services on smspva.com to receive Boon. SMS verification. It costs like 0.3 USD per number.

Note: In the registration page Boon. app will say first 3 months free then 1.5 EUR monthly but don't care that. They don't ask you to set up a payment method or anything.

The apps looks good but what would be the best way to top up or add balance? If someone uses credit card or any other payment method while being outside of Europe, it can cause a red flag.

What do you think is the safest method to add balance?
 
I don't know if it works for anyone outside the U.S. but I've been using privacy.com for several years now and it works beautifully.

Back in the day CitiBank and PayPal were great for VCCs but that ended a while ago, so when privacy came along that was a godsend.

but you need to connect bank account for that :/ I am outside the US :(

Yes, same issue here.
I have a vba with account no. And routing number but they ask for username and password.
Also my bank is not supported there.
 
How do we recharge card from outside Europe?

I can't even sign up from Sweden! Claims I'm outside of EU! O_O
 
im locked from this app, when i Try to create a new acc, send a message like "you are locked, contact to support for more information" or something like that. :(
