Do you use chrome? Try it with firefox, I have no problem with it.
It still looks 100% clean on my virustotal report.

i wanted add account email pass proxy ,but after save I got info that Programm wants save my profile in windows/system32/youraccount.txt . but it is denided.

We didn't develop it that way, you are probably trying to save your accounts in the zip file directly without unzipping it. I know it because someone was making the same mistake before too. Please extract files from the zip file to your dekstop or any other folder. Then try to save your accounts again, it will save your accounts on the same folder as the tumblr bot.
