AVG on my machine shows up as clean and the virutotal agrees so I am not sure where you saw this result..
Also the latest version is 0.5 please check 5 posts above this post
 
What do you use the Search Engine Footprint for? Do you put in for example, "wordpress" "blog" or do you use operators or something. This seems like it would be a great and very simple tool.
 
For example if I want do find wordpress blogs I would enter as a footprint "powered by wordpress" and my keywords in the keywords list.

ah ha, I was sort of thinking along those lines. So I guess another part of the challenge would be to search around for good footprints and then trial and error..

I don't know if your the creator but for some reason importing multiple keywords seem to crash the program for me. Using just 1 keyword I do get results with no problem...thanks
 
Here you go guys another update. I completely re-designed the scraper to fix a lot of the issues, added human emulation to the scraper and the ability to scrap all the results.

A quick question guys. Is the brothersoft mirror convenient for you? Since it take them 1 day to provide the mirror and it takes me time to ask them to do it, wait for an email from them confirming the update and then updating the site and posting it here I am wondering if it is worth my trouble. Is anyone using those mirrors? If not I will discontinue using them.

Great tool!
was wondering if you could add 2 extra features
1. Get 1 result from each domain option
2. Get only www(dot)domain(dot)com instead of www(dot)domain(dot)com/page/whatever

that would make things really good for me, and i bet alot of other would find it useful for their needs.
