you got a account creator for twitter. i suggest you sell that to anybody as a separate bot, ill be interested that looks good.

but i see you got a function there that grate, that i haven't seen before, follow account followers of one account, know that crazy.
say i scrape accounts and i see that one account got a huge following of my niche i think you can with your app follow them followers or scrape them followers.

I should probably stfu and let OP answer this but my guess is that bot doesn't have read access to your txt file. Try running the bot as administrator maybe?
Also any chance of the source code? Since I am not on windows and I loathe to use wine.
