I don't want to disrespect OP, he tried to share something of value but Isn't the screenshot is Inspect Elemented, I mean the text below the Coupon text field is saying "Unable to Process your request. Please try again later". If the coupon has successfully been applied it should say "Applied Successfully" or something of that sort. Correct me if I'm wrong OP.
 
NeverMind just noticed the tiny Green text below the Coupon Text Field.
