Update: I will be continuing to get everything organized and should start allocation later this week. I'll be setting up partnership with several suppliers and then give these out for free in bulk after I run my eye over the majority of them. In the meantime, put your name in queue, if it's not in queue I obviously can't give you one - I will also be including third-party acceptance disclaimers and a generalized handbook on how to move forward with your site. If you're going to bug me with a lot of "What do I do next?" without googling it first, and without patience.. don't even put your name in.

This is ~{[100% FOR FREE]}~ with no requirement to give me any of your contact details, anything for trade, or pay me in any way shape or form. The sites are simple WP sites with free domain names, and free hosting provided through freenom and 000webhost. I have no affiliation with either company, I have no service to offer you, and I have literally no intentions of making money from this whatsoever. My purpose for offering this is simply to see who I meet, and get better at web design. That's it.
I don't want your money, I don't want your email, I don't want you to mail me your autographed selfie taken with Brittany Spears when she shaved her head. I just want to meet people and help how I can... hopefully sharpening my skills along the way.
