EDIT: To be part of the program, it is mandatory that you or your organization resides in India. PAN card is your national identity proof and it is something we would use for the validation of your resident status in India.

As far as i heard you used to fake the document..in the above steps it explained how to fake the documents...

I hope everyone is reading the terms and condition, it's only for businesses in India with valid PAN ID, otherwise you may have problem renewing/transferring the domain name. Read the TOS on the registration page.
