Yes it is. However I got mixed feedback from the 1.x versions some love them some have issues with them. I suggest to try 1.1 posted a few posts above and if you have issues to try 0.9.6 also posted in this thread.

Are you using the latest version 1.2.1? What depth are you using? If you are using a depth of 0-2 it will stop within one hour.

Thank you for this tool! I just scraped two dozen in less then five minutes. What's even better is I actually know one of the emails that was scarped from a local business lol. Thanks Again.

Does it include Google Ireland?

And is there a guide on how to use this? I mean if we search for 100 email addresses for example, from the same IP, then I guess we don't need to use proxies?

Also how do you recommend we email the scraped businesses, would gmail be ok if we limit mails to 100-200 a day?

I believe that the software doesn't have google ireland but I can add it if you want for free. Just let me know.
I don't use proxies with the software I believe they are not needed.
Yes gmail should be fine to sent emails. Email scraper wizard doesn't support sending emails but my other tool emailer supports it (also free):
