Talking about local businesses, the telephone numbers extraction is pretty limited with this tool, I am still working on the footprints, it´s an ongoing task. Every country has it´s numbering standards.

Second step , you should find a websites where you can find these email adresses. (business directories like yellowpages and etc.. ) can be very good for these purpose.
Third step , scrape this websites with this scrapper and boom! you have bunch of emails adresses to attract..
there can be many different usage of this scrapper , real estate industry is just an example.
