I am sorry but i don't know why it doesn't work for you. It works fine for me but the way i found the offer was i stumbled upon a go daddy domain with no hosting, and looked to the left hand side, and it said get a free domain.

Try going here you should see the offer at the left hand side : dour.com

I dont think its dour.com....it comes up as a godaddy site???

But if you want you can complete an offer like i did an get a domain promo.

@AngryBirdsFlock dour.com is an website with no hosting or anything so it should redirect you to godaddy but if you scroll down a bit the left hand side it should have a banner saying "Get a FREE domain. When you complete one of these valuable offers."

If you click that banner you should be able to do an offer to get a free domain, but maybe the country you are in would affect this.
 
I thought you said the stamps.com one does not need a credit card. Its asking me for one.
 
There is no banner that the redirected website. Like you said...
