This is my own custom made little tool...Took me 5 days to make it work lol still have few buggs but it gets the job done.
Here are few pictures which are explaining what and how.
make sure you have net.framework 4.5 or similiar

It is Webbrowser application and you can see it working in background by checking show browser(Recommended is to leave it unchecked)
1.Enter FB credentials
2.Press login
3.Press start program(If you are not using paid proxies with username and password then i suggest u check SUPRESSERRORS!)
4.Enter keywords or names of groups you would like to scrape
5.Press search groups(If you want more groups to be scraped i suggest you to click few times on more groups)
6.Press scrape groups
7.Press prepare URLs
8.You will get the pretty much clean list of URLs and you can edit it here(save,delete specific URL if you dont like it,import from PC etc.)
from the left side these are numbers of groups lined up with URL they belong to
9.Mini settings how do you want to join groups(Strongly suggested to switch it to minutes,or you might get banned too fast)
It is random timer so lets say u set it up 5-10 minutes each time it joins group it will reset timer and choose another number between 5-10minutes to wait and then join.
10.Here you can see groups you have alrdy joined or they accepted your invite.
11.These are names of joined groups(Just to have a better idea what are you doing i suppose)
12.Write message you want to post!
13.Mini settings for auto-poster very similiar to auto joiner...
And btw if u setup auto-joiner and it finishes joining all the groups you have setuped and you also setuped groups you have joined and wrote message it will start auto-posting automatically!
Auto-posting and auto-joining at the same time wasnt tested yet.

Delete that line marked with red arrow every time so you can have lined up groups numbers with matching urls(left and right side)
