That's the latest version I've tried the list you gave me and got correct results back. I will try looking at the source code when I get back home (tomorrow or the day after) but I can't think of a reason atm why a url you didn't add would show up in there.

Looked like a promising tool, but like mohnikinsiz said, its not actually admitting anything is indexed?

It even pulled some facebook links that I never inserted. I hope you will consider this into improving your tool further.

Just picked up on something in the post here. The program checks sites if they are indexed in Google.com (not your local version). This is because I thought google.com indexed the same sites as the local versions did. Can anyone confirm that google local indexes different sites to google.com?
