Those list are fine! But any effect on SEO or rank. i have little doubt. Which is easy to get that is tough for taking by google!

Is free always a good way to go? Take a step back and relax. Before you jump onto this free backlinks wagon, you must have a look at what your goals are and how you want to achieve them. Most importantly, you should take a closer look at the kind or quality of free links that these sites are giving you. Thanks.

Just a question:
Aren't those free backlinks supposed to be known by Google(since they are public available) and thus lead to a bad pagerank.
They can know and they for sure don't want people ranking well in their searches with black hat ways.
Or am I wrong ?

It doesn't really matter. None of these links are all that powerful. Just use them wisely

These links are not intended to rank you incredibly high or build authority. They have different uses. I'm not going to go over every use of them, but they are good for indexing pages, and diversifying your backlink portfolio when used properly.
Google knowing about a free back link means very little. There are so many different kinds of "Free" backlinks such as Web 2.0s, Social Bookmarks, Wikis, etc. Google can't just discount backlinks because they are free. This would mean they discount almost every backlink around. So, I resort back to my first statement: use these links wisely.

Don't use these on your money site but links to maybe your 3rd link layer
