Use an auto Youtube script on Twiends. I know you said you don't want to use it because there are a lot of fake people, but there are some real people. Just get enough people and you'll have the amount of real people you want. Also make sure to set the "Who can follow me" settings on Twitter to avoid a lot of the bots. Just set them to "Low unfollow" and "Been on the site for 36+ hours".
