Here is my first upload... This is Universal Proxy, A bad-ass POWERFUL java applet that does literally everything you can think of with proxies. It leeches from raw text to specific formats, it scrapes with customizable list, it will auto-switch proxies for you, it will google search based on keys and return proxy sites that you can then plug into the scraper built-in and scrape your lists, that you then test with the two testers built-in.. Basically.. It doesn't blow you, and that is about it.....

2 out of 58 report and do your research. They are false positives... And what this does, I would of imagined more of them were triggered... Please run sandboxed if you are worried. This is too bad-ass not to share though...

Then do not download it... Simple math, really.

It is an all-in-one proxy machine.. It literally does it all... From scraping websites based on key words related to proxies, it then scrapes the sites for proxy lists, it also tests said lists, grabs it;'s own lists based on a file you edit, and it will even auto-switch your browser proxies based on the lists you build... Kinda like I said in the first post... It literally does everything.. You can even copy RAW web pages with lists on them(HMA) that do not allow downloading, paste the text in this bitch, and leech all proxies..

It's simple... Deploy a VM image that you should already have to scrape proxies, and test on that... Or just bypass it and pay... Fuck that...
